Warranty Information

Suspension Frames: 2 years from time of purchase. Unlimited.

​

Hardtail Frames: 5 years from time of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

​

All Frames: Powder coating costs incurred as the result of a successful warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.

​

Recall: If you own a bike from a series, and that series is recalled - the recall work will  cost you, the customer, nothing. However, stripping the frame and delivering it to me is your responsibility.

All Frames: Lifetime "goodwill" warranty. What does this mean? If you crack your frame, or otherwise dent and damage it - your frame will be repaired at the sole discretion of Corey Kruchkowski, at a rate that covers the materials and consumables. This means welding, brazing, reinforcement, gusseting etc as necessary. In certain cases, labour will be charged as well.

IMPORTANT: Things that can void warranty: Crashes. Abuse. Unintended usage. Corrosion. Improper parts installation. All warranty claims are subject to an inspection by KRUCH, and determination of validity.​
